About Dale

I am originally from the Midwest, but I grew up in Alaska. However from a successful career in the United States Air Force, I have had the advantage of not only living and visiting many places but also a diversity of experience. I had the opportunity to work in various positions of supervising, leading, training, and managing. After retiring from the Air Force, I worked in addiction counseling, homeless case management, and an Assertive Community Treatment team member working with those diagnosed with severe and persistent mental health issues. Currently I live in Dallas Texas. Presently, I am a PhD student in organizational psychology, a freelance writer, and have interests in positive psychology applied to leadership, groups, and organizations. My research interests are in leadership, collaboration, and virtual teams. I have been involved with presenting, teaching, and training on a variety of topics including supervision, management, mental health, addictions, training, computers, and much more.
